This webinar will cover the first three years of the ongoing Interactive Gaming Assessment, with particular attention given to the 2023 annual report. We will cover topics such as the gambling prevalence in Pennsylvania, demographic features of gamblers in Pennsylvania, predictors of gambling problems, and assessment techniques.

Presenter: Gillian Russell, MSc

Gillian is an Assistant Research Professor at Penn State Abington working on the Interactive Gaming Assessment, an annual assessment of the impacts of online gambling legalization in Pennsylvania. She has a MSc in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and is currently completing a PhD in Evolution and Behaviour from the University of Lethbridge with her dissertation work examining the longitudinal impacts of implicit memory associations on gambling behaviours in adult and adolescent populations.
